How can I reschedule a session?

Once you are signed into your dashboard, scroll down to your upcoming sessions to locate the session you wish to reschedule. Click on “Reschedule” to view your Therapist’s availability and select another date and time that best suits you. Once it is within 24 hours of appointment time, the “Reschedule” button will be hidden and you will not be able to reschedule the appointment. Note: If you have requested to reschedule an in-person session within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time and the request is accepted, a 25% charge for the use of office space will apply to cover TYHO’s costs. These include pre-payment for rental of office space as well as online transaction and administrative costs.
