Darren helps individuals reach their potential at the workplace. He coaches in areas of workplace performance, career development, and work and well-being. He is passionate about workplace related issues, which allow him to marry over 15 years of professional work experience in a senior position in his organisation, with his training in workplace psychology and organisational coaching.

Darren is a civil and environmental engineer by training. As he had a keen interest in human behaviour, Darren pursued further training in psychology. He is currently working towards a Master of Science degree, with a specialisation in Organisational Psychology, at University of London.

He is well-qualified to assist you in meeting your work-related goals. He has completed a Certified Organisational Coach Level 2 with the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership. He is also a member of the British Psychological Society.

Darren’s approaches include positive psychology coaching, cognitive behavioural coaching and solution-focused coaching. He will be able to assist you with dealing with workplace stress and anxiety (eg how to impress your boss or manage subordinates), work-related burn out (eg how to disconnect from work), workplace performance coaching to achieve your potential, career transition and getting out of a rut in your career.
